Upload a document to the Library from iPad? Upload button won't work.

The upload button doesn't work when uploading a document from my documents to lubrary on my iPad. First, button isn't actually on the screen. And second, when I scroll to see it, the button does nothing. I do a lot of work on the fly on my iPad, so this is very frustrating.

Hello @DawnL3 ,

 

Are you trying to access the main website on your iPad, or is this issue occurring while using the mobile app? If using the website, I'd advise either switching to the mobile app or to a desktop / laptop that can access the website as expected. If you're already on the mobile app and having this issue, does uninstalling and reinstalling it alleviate the issue?

I’m searching for the same answer here. No, the mobile app is not an accepted solution because it does not allow me to even edit a draft email. The only options I get are: send now, schedule for later, send test, or delete, and the note on the file says “editable only on desktop.”. Exceedingly frustrating.

The good news is we do have cross device templates available! This editor allows users to work in their email campaigns both on the mobile app and on a desktop. Are you having this same experience in our cross device editor?
