Using an email for e-commerce

Why is the integration for woocommerce showing 0 for every category even after we have had purchases through our website and we have connected woocommerce to constant contact?

Hello @PaulF081 ,

 

Please check our main article on connecting WooCommerce to your Constant Contact account to make sure everything is setup to start syncing contacts. Otherwise, I'd suggest calling our general support, and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations team for live, specialized troubleshooting for your integration setup.
