I think the issue has more to do with the fact that you're sending using your own domain, but you don't have email self-authentication setup for your account. Since the emails are actually coming from us, but say they're coming from you, it's likely causing your internal security filters to treat them more suspiciously.
I'd advise working with your IT to get your account setup for email self-authentication. If you need additional insight and guidance on this, our Delivery team would be the best team to assist.
