WE QUIT CC AT ORDERS FROM NEW OWNER, BUT WE FORGOT TO DOWLOAD OUR CONTACT MAILING LIST FIRST. HOW?

We have sign-ups on our mailing list, then our boss sold the business and deactivated the CC account before capturing those email addresses. How do we reclaim them?

Can I just reactivate for one month and download them?

Hello @EddieW ,

I sent an email to your account's main address with all the available contact details for your subscribed contacts, unsubscribed contacts, and the large number of contacts that had no permissions set, all as separate CSV file attachments.

If you need these files sent to an address other than your cancelled account's main email, then we'd need you to call general support to confirm security permissions live. Once confirmed, the phone agent can get the files sent to a different address.

Thanks Will, I got the files without needing to reactivate, and they are perfect! 

I'm still hoping to talk the owner into joining back up, we shall see.
