Why did Welcom email end?

Why did Welcom email end? It says that the Welcome Email ended.. Why? We had many people recently sign up and they didnt get a welcome email.

Hello @JonathanR138,

 

Email automations end when someone enters them and selects to deactivate the Welcome Email. I do apologize for any inconvenience with this! Please copy the email so you can activate again. Thanks!
