We've been deleting old customer lists for weeks and our total contact list has not decreased. WHY?

Hello @NormS69 ,

I can see in your Import/Export activity that you've deleted a lot of lists, however you haven't been deleting contacts. Please note that when you select the Delete the list and contacts option when selecting a list for deletion, it explicitly states that it won't delete contacts that are also on other lists.
