The join2text isnt' working well. Several people have texted and I have not received their names.

Hello @SaraV0 ,

 

I see one recent text-to-join contact with their full details, but no other recent ones. Have you checked that the other TTJ signees aren't already contacts? If they're not, please reply directly to the automated @ mention email, or call general support, with some examples of people that haven't had their contact info added / updated. If possible, please check with them to see if they received any messaging when they texted the number with your codeword.
