Since Thursday evening, I have linked newspaper articles to a copied template. The new stories from the new links show up, but when I preview and send, it is still showing the old linked stories from the copied campaign. I have tried different browsers and logged in and out. Nothing works.
Hello everyone,
Thank you all for your patience while our devs worked to address the issue with the Read More blocks not saving. They're reporting that the issue should be resolved now, and we're not replicating the issue anymore while testing in our own accounts.
If you're still encountering an issue, try deleting any of the existing Read More blocks in the draft email you're working on, save the draft, and then log out and back in. If you're still unable to insert Read More blocks and save edits made to them as expected, please create a new post or call our general support for further troubleshooting.
I'm having the same problem. Bummer...
Me Too. Thank you, I'm not crazy! Help crew is off for the Easter weekend and I publish Monday mornings. Yikes.
Same thing is happening to me.
Hello everyone,
Our devs are aware of the issue and are working to address it. If you've already reached out to support to track the issue, you'll receive a notification email directly from that team once they have an update on its status. Otherwise, we'll update this thread as well, once we've received an update from them.
How close are we to this being resolved. It's been nearly a week and it increases my workload by an hour or two per day.
It's really so disappointing that this was first reported by us April 7, and it's now April 12 -- and still no fix. And worse, no word of how long it might take. (Isn't Constant Contact technically in the communications business?) In our case, like the previous poster said, it adds an hour or more to the nightly job of populating our newspaper's morning email.

Extremely frustrating issue that increases my workload substantially for a full week now.
This happened on my last newsletter last Thursday and it appears to still be "broken". I guess I will have to pull my READ MORE section until further notice. I hope they fix it soon. My readers LOVE this feature!
Any update on when this will be fixed? Still not working over here, either!
