Are unsubscribed contacts included in the total number of contacts?

The "Total Contacts" on the homepage's Performance section refers to your Subscribed contacts - the unique email addresses that you can actively send emails to. This number should equal the "Subscribed" number on your account's Contacts page.
"All Contacts" under the Contacts dashboard will include unsubscribed, awaiting confirmation, and temporary hold contact types. Contacts that aren't considered subscribed are considered inactive, and thus don't count toward your active, billable contacts.
