I have had a few customers come back and say the text message option wasn't working for them when trying to add their email to our list. I tested it and it worked for me. Any suggestions?

Have they reported a specific error message or anything when providing the email address they're trying to subscribe with? It may be worth calling general support, so you can securely provide example email addresses for us to test / troubleshoot with.
