327145293_631137485679555_1079236214831916365_n.jpgThe Oakland Mediation Center, established by the Oakland Bar Association, has been providing conflict resolution and education services to their community for more than 30 years, and for the last 15-plus years, they’ve been using Constant Contact to get the word out about their services and to better serve their clients.

 

“We're always looking to grow our program, build relationships, and send out our message,” shares Charity Burke, Executive Director of the Oakland Mediation Center.

 

To help them do this, the center leverages Constant Contact tools for everything from their regular email outreach and content generation to event registration and lead generation. Over the years, these strategies have significantly expanded their email list and improved engagement rates, which in turn supports their mission to provide exceptional mediation, education, and legal services in Oakland County.

 

"We thought we were doing really well when we transitioned to Excel spreadsheets, and then we found Constant Contact, which just automates everything," Charity says. “That's why we've been with you since 2009 and we haven't sought out a different tool because Constant Contact meets all of our needs.”
