So when you click the resend option, the only option it gives you to personalize it is the day. I think it would be far more beneficial if we can choose the time the resend is sent to non-openers.
@AnnaR540 Thank you for the feedback. I believe you referring to the Resend to Non-Openers feature that allows you to automatically have your campaign resent to anyone who received it but did not open it anywhere from 3 to 7 days after it was originally sent. I know the team is always looking to enhance this feature and I will make sure to pass along your idea of adding the option of selecting the time of day the resend to non-openers would send when scheduling the original send.
Before I came to Constant Contact, I was with a different email server. They had a poor delivery rate, but a good feature they did have which increases "opens". That is that the resend was at the day (even less than 3 days) and time of your choice! So especially for those with clients in different time zone or continents, you want to send out you work asap, but a resend should be allowed at a different optimal time. This also will not awake those whose computers beep as emails arrive, causing unsubscribes.

I wish that there were a way to vary the time that a campaign resend is sent. For instance, if a campaign is sent at 10am on Monday I think it'd be better if the resend was sent at 5pm on Friday. I think it would increase the chance that a person who is always working at 10am may open the email in the early evening.
