Be accurate with your messages regarding site updates.

You site update message said you'd be down between 9 and 10pm. I tried to send an important email just before 9pm. It didn't send. Waited till 10pm as instructed and have been trying for the past 40 minutes and still the message is not sending. This message is important with regard to schedule changes due to the hurricane. I have no idea if and when I will be able to get this out. This seems like a great time to move over to mailchimp.
