Some greatfeedback and use cases have been shared in this thread! Thank you all so much for taking the time to explain the importance of this feature within your organizations. We’ve compiled and discussed much of this feedback you’ve shared internally. There are no immediate developments happening, but we are continuing to share the feedback. We will mark this as Acknowledged and continue to keep this thread updated with any movement.
Our school district has been a subscriber for many years and I am generally pleased with the Constant Contact. However, the fact that you do not offer a translation service has become a deal breaker. This should be a critical feature of all e-communications.
Because translation services are not offered for our families, we are going to cancel our service at the end of the school year and move to one of the many companies that do offer this feature.
The ability for our e-newsletter readers to quickly and easily translate the content into the language they prefer would be a huge benefit. Please add a translate feature. Thank you!
My district has been a CC user for several years, but we are looking to switch to another vendor because the ability to translate has become a deal-breaker for us. We are happy with CC otherwise.... would prefer to stick with the same platform if you were able to add the translation feature! Please! Soon!
A translation button would be a tremendous help, especially for our quarterly school district newsletters. We are required to translate our communications to parents regarding voting, website information and a host of other things. This is also important as it applies to diversity and equity issues in making sure that no one is excluded. This seems like a no-brainer to me! Thank you.
We are a public school district with 4,000 employees and with over 40 languages spoken in homes within our district. A translation option within Constant Contact would greatly help us to do what Constant Contact is all about...to connect and communicate with people. We will consider changing to another vendor if it means being able to communicate with more of our families.
Just learning that other providers offer newsletter translation! I may have to shop around as this would save us significant time and resources. We are a District of 17,000 students and have been with Constant Contact for more than a decade. If it's possible - would love to see you offer this service!
We love using Constant Contact, however our goal is to be more inclusive. Our overall contact list has 26 languages and even more dialects. We need to be able to translate our newsletters quickly to share. Our website has the capability to translate into over 100 languages with the click of a button, but only the words typed on the website—not screenshots or the Constant Contact information.
Would love to have a translate button. We have used Constant Contact for a year and love it. Our major languages are Kurdish, Somali, Arabic and Spanish.
I am hoping Constant Contact would consider adding a translation button for our school district's newsletters. We have many families that speak languages other than English, but don't have the staff to be able to translate. A translation button would allow more families to participate in their student's learning. Thank you for considering!
Our Feedback board is changing! From updated statuses to clearer processes, we're working to improve the conversation between you and our Product teams
