what happened to the thumbnails? That was a great asset in jogging my memory as to which style of newsletter I wanted. Now I have to open a gazillion newsletters to find what I want. Also, why can't I print page?

We have VERY long emails and I am always using the Preview mode when preparing something to send out. I am able to scroll just fine, no problems at all.
Not sure why you are having problems with the previews. When I select "Preview" I can scroll up and down, no problem. As to Thumnails, that's why they're called "Thumbnails" it's just a short snippet of the top part of the email. To read it in it's entirety, click on it. Easy to do.
This was a very helpful feature. I could quickly find a past campaign that was similar to the new one I was planning. I could then copy the past campaign, update it as needed, and send it out. It seems that the "new" Constant Contact only shows you the titles of past campaigns, and not the preview images.
the page before login is till geared to soliciting new clients rather than prioritizing those of us who PAY for this reduced service (no longer have tech support on weekends but price remains same) Login should be in the center of the page and try to realize that NOT ALL PAYING CLIENTS ARE WHITE -THERE ARE OTHER ETHNICITIES - WHY NOT REFLECT OTHER ETHNETIC GROUPS? When will you offer highlighting and abililty to change font of entire page at one time including all blocks of text
I apologize that this has been frustrating. We will be sure to submit your feedback to our product team. In the meantime, the best way to look at emails straight from the campaigns page is to click on the "Actions" tab next to each email, and select the "Preview" option.
Why do the campaigns no longer have thumbnails, this makes it very hard to find e-blasts and see what we did in the past. I'm not enjoying this new update I would like the old way back. Can you consider adding those back in?
