I am trying to send an email campaign and I am getting the error message: "You need to provide additional information. Please correct the errors below and try again." but no errors are highlighted.
When I try to copy a past email, it won't let me see the file as a new campaign. Help!
Getting this message: "unable to save campaign (try modifying message settings first)
So frustrating. I didn't change any settings on my end. This happened a month ago, too. Really, really badly affects my business when I cannot send an email my clients are waiting to receive because CC is having issues.
All other platforms and websites are working fine; so, clearly, it is a cc issue. What "Message settings" does it even mean. I never change any settings.
I am trying to send a few "quick Sends" but keep getting an error message. I have been using the Quick Sends option for several months and this is the first time I am having problems? Anyone experience this?
I have been proofing my automated series for a few days. This afternoon, when proofing and editing the final two campaigns, I get error messages. I haven't changed proofing technique since I started proofing this week. I restarted but error message continues to appear. I took screen shots of messages, if needed.
Someone else posted that the "copy function is no longer available." And sure enough, no matter what I try, I can't copy a campaign, which is the first step in putting out our daily newsletter. Finally reached a human in customer service, who said it's a system-wide problem and they don't know when it will be fixed.
I'll try again late tonight or early tomorrow.
This has happened to us lots of times, and someone on the help desk finally suggested making our Subject Line shorter, and that worked. Check if your Subject Line is kinda long and try making it shorter.
Note for 7/2/2022:
There was a system issue on this date that affected some customers when attempting to schedule or send an email. We are locking this thread because it was a temporary outage.
