The suspended email address bounce category

I have 3 contacts that say they are receiving the emails and that their email is correct BUT Constant Contact shows them Bounced.

 

How do I correct this problem??

Hello @TerryH621 ,

 

I'd advise calling our Delivery team to see if there's a reason they'd be still receiving these, despite being filtered out as suspended addresses.
