what is send rate?

what is click vs open?

is there a way to see who opened an email and who just deleted?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Your open rate is who opened and scrolled through your newsletter while send rate is just the original number in your list/lists that you sent the newsletter too. Your Did Not Opens is who possibly deleted the email or just simply did not open it when it came to their inbox. To see more detailed information about this, click on this helpful article here.
