Getting Started with the Constant Contact Community



Welcome to the Constant Contact Community! We are thrilled to have you join our vibrant and supportive community of small business owners, marketers, and industry experts. 


This article will guide you through the simple steps of registering and logging in for the first time, ensuring you have a seamless experience from the start. Additionally, we will share the Community Guidelines to ensure the Community is a welcoming place for all members.


Getting Started


It’s possible by the time you find this post you’re already registered and logged in, but just in case you’re perusing the Community and ready to take the plunge we’ll cover what you need to know about registering for a Community account and how to login.


How to register Sign up free


To participate in the Community your Constant Contact account has to be in trial or subscribed to one of our email & digital marketing plans. If you are not currently a customer, it is easy to sign up!




After you’ve created your account, you’ll want to update your Community screen name so you are represented accurately. Generally, we recommend using something like FIRSTNAME_LASTINITIAL or the name of your business/organization.


How to Log in


This is the easiest part, as you use the same login credentials for the Community that you use for your Constant Contact account. Whether you logged in prior to navigating to the Community or not, click the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the screen and it’ll redirect you to the account login page or refreshes with account logged in.




Community Guidelines


We strongly believe that the Constant Contact Community provides a positive and constructive environment for our users to seek assistance with our product, exchange valuable advice with their peers, and engage in various discussions. In order to maintain this positive atmosphere, it is crucial for us to establish clear expectations through our Community Guidelines.


The short version is: 


  • Be respectful to everyone.
  • Stay on topic. The Community is for Constant Contact products, small businesses, and nonprofits.
  • Do not troll other users or spam posts.
  • Protect your privacy by not sharing any personal information you wouldn’t want public.
  • Do not mention competitors of Constant Contact.
  • Keep it legal. Do not post unauthorized content and credit the original source, if possible.
