I imported my contacts with specific tags, but cannot filter my master database down using tags to create lists
Hi @JibranN8 it appears you are currently under our beta contact redesign which is why you are unable to filter contacts through your tags. You can however still 'narrow by tag' when scheduling an email campaign. What specifically are your using tags for? Why are you in need of access to your tags immediately?
Access to tags is now available in our Contacts Beta testing and these contacts can be added to a list. Please see our Knowledge Base article for more information on creating and managing tags in Beta.
