Before putting a client on Account review, whereby they have no access to their account - it would be courteous to advise them in due time, that they are going to have their account reviewed, aswell as the reason for the review and what this actually entails !!
We are now left stranded with no one at Constant contact that is reacheable to find out what is going on with our account, why it is in this state in the first place, and when you will finish reviewing it !!???
Hi @NexiaSABT. As our support team stated in your original post, you will need to contact our Account Review team in order to discuss options for using your account while under review. We do not conduct reviews through the Community nor can we discuss the reasons why it was put under a review.
