Hi @ClaireH67 thanks for sharing this feedback with us! While we do offer users a 30-day money back guarantee, we do still offer the ability to take part in our free trials. These trials do however have both a 60-day and a 100 unique contact limitation on it. If your list is larger than 100 unique contacts we do recommend users upgrade their account to a paid account, or create a small contact list to send to instead. With that said, where in your account would you expect to see a notification for this trial contact limit?
