First I signed up for the free trial thinking I would be able to try the product but you limit me because of contact size. Then I see the price jumped from $20 to $195.
Hi @johnw8809 I apologize for any confusion there may be with the billing on your account. Pricing is based on both the account type you have signed up under along with the level of active contacts you have. As for trial accounts, you are correct, these accounts do have a limit of sending up to 100 unique contacts. Users who want to send to a larger list than this we do recommend upgrading to a paid account. With that said, if you have any further questions or concerns on the pricing for your account we suggest contacting our Billing Support directly.
