The Constant Contact Customer Outreach group invited customers to attend an event in Fort Collins, Colorado on Tuesday, September 11. At first I was skeptical, and replied to the invitation with some questions which were immediately answered. The event was held at a local coworking facility. Customers and the Constant Contact team members enjoyed a conversations/exchanges about pros, cons, wish lists, and functionality improvements. This was a truly productive, enlightening, excellent use of two non-vacation out-of-office hours. Should a similar event happen where you live and and work SIGN UP and ATTEND.
