I also miss being able to see the information in Reporting on how we have improved (or not) on our Open, Click, etc. rate that used to be listed on bottom of that page. It listed over all improvement rate and for the last 3 months. That was helpful to our marketing so we could know if we were doing things that continually led to improvements overall on our email outreach. Would like to see that feature put back.
Maybe I'm missing it, but it seems crazy not to be able to get statistics from event-related emails. It would be nice to know who has even looked at our email to fill out the event survey.
Hi @RobertP2. Thanks for the great feedback! We've heard this from some of our other customers as well, so I'm going to open this up for voting so we can continue tracking additional feedback.
We are marking this idea as "not currently planned" due to us working on a better event experience in a more advanced tool. While we do not have an update or timeline to share or can guarantee any kind of commitment on how we will be handling event email reporting, we hope this indicates some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration while we are building out this tool.
For transparency, the subject line did contain a reference to our Legacy Survey tool, which has been fully retired with the introduction of our Survey Pages tool. This was edited to only have the note apply to the current event tool as Survey Pages do not contain the survey invitation feature.
