I wished to send a message to Accounts to close my account (for reasons unrelated to the excellent service I've enjoyed over seven years) but could only find a tiny 140-character space in a portal labelled "Email Us". I rang via Skype, and the helpful fellow there said my case (for reimbursement of a year's subs in advance -- extracted, BTW, a couple of weeks before todays ending of the subscription cycle) would have to be referred to a Manager. I felt compelled to put the case on (virtual) paper, but could only find old Reply addresses from earlier promo sendings. Not sure if my email to those will find its way to accounts.
CC really needs a proper email contact for issues such as these.
