I AM STILL ON HOLD TRYING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT IT HAS BEEN OVER 33 MINUTES! CHAT IS USELESS AS THEY DON'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO HELP AND NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE YET THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL IS TO "TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE"??????
