Y'all are missing the point. They don't want the developers to be bothered by us users. Feedback goes here in a forum, not to the developers. The developers have to live in their own protected bubble releasing new features that no one asked for, that haven't been tested, all the while ignoring the existing bugs.
We apologize for any confusion caused from feedback being filtered into the Community. We did however want to make you aware all feedback is read by Constant Contact employees and tracked wit the appropriate teams. In fact we are always open to ways we can better our user’s experience and welcome any feedback on updates we make in product! In fact, here is a section of our Community that helps explain what we do with our customer’s feedback.
We do not have plans to include this kind of exact functionality under Contact Us. There are visible links at the bottom of most pages in your account where you can share your feedback and requests to make our product better. All feedback is shared with our product teams and we have made a commitment to post updates when it is appropriate to do so.
