Whenever I call it is usually because I need help with a survey (lately). The automated system sends me to support, I tell them my problem, then they have to transfer me to someone with surveys. Maybe go directly there to begin with.
We'd like our automated system to be sending you to the correct person too! Do you know what you said to it regarding your survey that sent you to the wrong place? I'm happy to share this feedback with the team who works with that system.
