First, any place that puts feedback in a forum instead of taking it to the coders is a joke! Then, the site is buggy, the text editor glitches, the tech support chat stuff are incompetent and dishonest, the campaign search is useless, connectivity issues break their site repeatedly, and clearly no one bothers to test this site for real world usability. Given what I know now, I would choose a different platform and would NEVER recommend constantcontact to anyone.

What is happening when you say that the site is buggy and the text editor glitches? Why do you find campaign search to be useless? What are you trying to search for?
