I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. Are you using our mobile app or are you logging into Constant Contact through the browser on your phone? The browser version of our site does not support mobile usage. Some customers have had a mixed degree of success but we can't guarantee that it will work. Because of this we recommend using our Mobile App when using Constant Contact on a mobile device. If you are using the mobile app, can you tell me what device you are using? We would like to know so we can attempt to test the issue further.
