New Analytics

The new analytics no longer provide information that I need. Where do you find the total number of opens (instead of the the unique opens) - I want to find out how many folks accessed my newsletter more than once. I'm not going to go through and count each person! Seriously, why would you take that away? Also, in order to find out how many times a link has been clicked, I have to scroll through pages worth of links, when I used to be able to sort from largest to smallest and find it easily. I report on the most opened link, the second most opened and the third...

Thank you for reaching out @LibraryDevelopment Rest assured, you are able to see the total number of opens by selecting "all opens" in the dropdown. If you want to view unique opens, you are able to see this by choosing "unique opens" in the dropdown. Additionally, you are able to view the total number of times a link has been clicked on by choosing "Links" in the dropdown. Thank you!
