Open rates are not matching

The number in parentheses beside my Email List name in the "Email Lists" list on left side, does not match the actual number of contacts in my list. It's usually off by 1 or 2. And sometimes when I send an email, it says there are X bounces, but when I click on the link to see the bounces, it says a different number, and then sometimes lists an even different of email addresses below it. It's driving me a bit crazy!

Hi Monika,

Sorry for the issues this has caused you.  This is something we are looking into and are aware of, sometimes adding a new contact to the list will refresh the number but the true number is on the right side.  I will keep you posted when we hear anymore about this.
