I would love to move our entire email effort to Constant Contact, but we have multiple communication tracks - sales messages, news updates, and contract / pricing info for our distributors. Rather than Opt Out, many have asked for the ability to Opt Out of one specific category. (And obviously, we don't want our sales people opting out of receiving mission-critical terms updates!)
Do you have these contacts separated into separate lists? You actually do have the option to give customers the option to unsubscribe from specific mailings.
