Problems to create and edit a survey

Currently, we are unable to create or edit surveys. Please, let me know if this a general problem or is related to the current issue with emails campaign?

Sorry for the late reply, but you are correct.  On 4/17 there were issues editing surveys as well.  Thank you for reporting this.
