Another long time Constant Contact user with the need for separate events to hit two different Paypal accounts. Same time period as you all addressed above. This has messed up our fundraiser billing and caused problems with the two accounts on the Paypal side. Furthermore the costs increased. Sounds like this is something that might not be fixable anytime soon.

Going through these steps in confirming your details is the current workaround we recommend. If you are using a PO box you will have to change it to a physical address now per PayPal.
