The issue you were having with your exports failing has been resolved by our engineering team on the 15th of July, can you please go back into your account and see if you are able to successfully export and let me know if you are still not able too.

I have been trying to export the unique opens in my recent email. Each time I do, it comes back export failed. Please provide step by step instructions on how to correct this matter.
