Information provided by the "Search Knowledge Base" section should be printable and print-friendly. As is it now you can look at it or take screenshots of it. Neither of these options is optimal.
Thanks for posting this feedback. Right now the knowledgebase articles are meant to be viewed online but I can see how having a copy to follow along with printed would be helpful in some cases.
While there isn't a print option on the article, browsers do have Print options built in them. Because of this we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Please feel free to reply here in the Community or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
