Would you please separate Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer in your averages when it comes to Open and Click-Through Rates? I would like, one, to not have my B2B combined with my B2C, and I would like to compare likes to likes for statistical open and click-through rates. Our business falls within the manufacturing category. My Retail open rates are fairly high. My Reseller (business customers, of which I have 2 segments) rates are just fine, too. However, it seems to me they are apples to oranges in the view you are providing. Would it not be a quick checkbox to ask if one email is for B2B and another for B2C? Then, these emails could be filtered by which box I've checked for reporting purposes? Thanks so much! -- Linda at Hock Tools
