The process for sharing newsletter to social media pages changed a while back, and when that happened, the grey bar w news headline at bottom of image went away. I liked it better with the headline link at bottom of image, because I think it makes it easier (obvious) for audience to link to newsletter (rather than current hyperlink).
Hi @Barbara.Cole-Gates1 thanks for sharing this feedback with us! We have opened up this idea so other users can weigh in as well.
We wanted to follow up with you on this feedback idea. At this time the subject line of an email campaign will show below the image when doing a social post through accounts. Are you not seeing this line of text appear? If you are not, can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
We have not heard back from you for clarification on how you were expecting the subject to appear in a social post. As Frankie mentioned, the current view of a social post does have the subject line appearing underneath the image, as you were requesting in your post. We will be closing this idea. If you wish to follow up, you can reply to this post.
