You are correct. On the 22nd we had a period of time where some customers had emails that did not record their open and click rates properly. Unfortunately since the information was never recorded when the email was sent, we don't have a way to update that information on your account. We have fixed the problem moving forward, so any emails you send now should not experience this issue.
