Survey star rating option

I would like the ability to have star ratings as part of the multiple choice rating question on the survey form.  Most people understand star rating instead of a 1 to 5.  In the question you have to say what the rating means. (i.e. 1 is low, 5 is high).  It would be much simpler and user friendly if the participant could choose from a star rating.  Please consider.  Thanks!

Hello! With the changes being made to our Feedback flow, we are changing this status to Not Currently Planned. At this time, we do not have plans to include this due to lack of supportting requests. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update the thread.
