I really dont like that everytime I log in the look of CC has changed. Its really difficult trying to find things and I am absolutely disappointed in the limited choice in templates. There used to be so many I could alwasy count on being able to create a new and unique campaign. Now, there are a fraction of the templates for the same cost. So we get less product but still pay the same? If they think this will push people to request custom campaigns it is a bad move because it will just push people toward aggravation. :(
HTML looks nice but so many government, military and law enforcement servers strip all the html off for security reasons. Below is what it looks like from someone who wanted to unsubscribe (no wonder!). There needs to be an option for a plain text email template with no HTML.

The National Defense University's Center for Complex Operations just published a new book called, Beyond Convergence: World Without Order < Caution-http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001c4ebbzMNYXr4DBc_lMgevQfyzyM85i_veoZ6QgoZM1JptSHGGn5KxMleJTj_meMkwwulW... > . This book examines the evolution and innovation of illicit networks, including international terrorists, transnational criminal organizations, and globally networked insurgencies. "Beyond Convergence" offers insights into emergent networks including the Islamic State, and the new domains in which they operate, such as social media and cyber space, as well as suggesting strategic methods for countering their trajectories.
Saw this comment buried in another set of comments. Answer was that the idea would be passed along to the designers. So, putting it higher up so more people will see it again?
In the meantime, one can use the browser's search function, assuming the campaign you're looking for has been loaded.
And having to scroll and scroll and scroll? Put 20 on a page and go to the next page.
How about sending some CC people out into the field to watch real users try to navigate and use this? I volunteer to be someone who is watched. Please, come visit me in beautiful Charleston, SC and see how it goes.
(I do like how a lot of the navigation arrows have been darkened so they actually show up. That's at least one good thing.)
I am an oldtime user of your service and am no longer satisfied that you have removed so many of your templates (because of mobile devices is what I am told) however, after being with your service for many many years I now feel I must look elsewhere for my use. I should not have to go into the site and use OLD formats for my emails if I want to use a sidebar-- you have taken too many of our choices away in the name of progress and keeping mobile users satisfied but there are more than that group using and viewing your product. I called today to say this but don't believe anyone really cares or is listening. I was told to send my feedback here-- SO PERSONAL!!! I am sorely disappointed. Iris Sauber
Is there a way to save favorite templates in the new design? It was a handy feature, and it would be nice not to have to sift through all of them every time.
