I find it hard to believe that I cannot view the click-thru info for the web sign-up form when added to my Constant Contact emails. I emailed support about this and they said this reporting is unavailable. However, click-thrus to external sites are available, so surely a simple click-thru report on a Constant Contact form would be available too?
I guess the only solution is to create a new form every time I send out an email?! That seems silly, but I guess that's the only solution currently if I want to know which emails are driving sign-ups. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the feedback. Click tracking will work for sign up form links in our Third Generation Editor. We've also recently added lead generation landing pages, which allow for additional metrics on these sign up forms such as the number of unique visitors, and desktop vs mobile sign ups.
