Hi @NanLS. This message appears to let you know that a service (such as the SEO tool) is an add-on to your account and there would be an additional charge if you were to use it. This prevent hidden fees from occurring in your account. I see that nothing has been added so I will close this post.

I'm confused???  We purchased your service on a yearly basis. Are we delinquent? If so please advise by emailing an invoice to: secretary@bsibc.com and I will see that it is promptly paid.
