I always use your weekend support service as I have no time to do so over the week. Today Stephan helped me with a problem caused by your new format which takes up to much of my AOL screen. In talking with him he told me you are closing down Sat. and Sun. support services. I urge you not not do this. I cannot believe there are not other people like me who need weekend support. Why not have more limited hours but keep Sat. and Sun. service? Please. The weekend support people are always great. Thank you.

our business is WEEKENDS, want customer service Saturday and Sunday!
--Need reps available on week-ends. The live chat and phone # is "closed" on weekends?! People work very flexible, fluid schedules -- we should be able to get support whenever we need it.
--I had to talk with a robot, was transferred to the incorrect department, had to wait on hold, was finally connected...and promptly disconnected. Had to start all over again, except this time it took almost 20 minutes to get to a "live" person. Very frustrating experience. My nonprofit org pays a monthly fee for this service -- we need, and expect, better access to support.
I've been using CTCT for many years, possibly from the early days. I too have brought clients to CTCT, and I have always worked on my monthly newsletter on the weekend. To have grown so large and to have been so successful and then to have eliminated weekend assistance angers me to no end.
Do we have to abandon use of your service in favor of a company that truly supports its clients? Very sad, indeed!

Over the last few weeks, we began offering support on Saturdays to help our customers during the busy holiday season. This was such a success that we're happy to say that we will now be offering customer support via phone on Saturdays from 10am - 8pm EST.
