Hey @karljeffery, thanks for your feedback! I understand it's important for you to be able to get in touch with support as quickly as possible. We currently have our forms of support organized under a "Help" button at the top right of your screen when you are logged into Constant Contact. (See screenshot below)
I understand not everyone may see that button at the top right and wanted to see where you anticipated to find the "Help" button. Knowing this will help me make sure we can work to make getting in touch with customer support easier.

This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback!
