I am creating our company newsletters in Canva but cannot send them through contact contact. Would love to be able to use the integration without having to upload the newsletter as a PDF or an image. Especially since the newsletter has active links. How it is set up today is not very useful.

Events 2.0 Registration form setup > Beta Specific Ticket Types lack full customization and need additional work. Scenario: You have three tickets and need different Registration form fields for each ticket. The Show and Hide option does not work to select the desired fields for each of the three tickets. Legacy Events properly handled this customization. Also, we need to be able to add fields to the Contact Information section, not just First name, Last name, and Email address.

Have the ability for people signing up to identify their affiliation to the organization (for a university, it could be student, staff, donor, etc), and then record their information in the appropriate contact list assigned to that affiliation. (student to student contact list, staff to staff contact list, etc.)

It is a best practice when linking to any site other than your own, to make it open in a new window so as not to lose the reader. Since this is an email cms, that seems like it would have automatically have been the design.
I avoid inserting any links that aren't absolutely necessary because I don't want to lose email readers.

I'm disappointed in the new Survey results format. I am unable to print out individual survey responses, except to "Export Results" which gives me a very jumbled looking Excel file (csv), that prints in a very tiny space on letter sized paper due to the table style. This is poor design. If I attempt to File-Print the view of one individual survey response, I get a print preview that doesn't supply the entire survey, and yet provides me with a repeated page three times. This is nonsensical. Am I missing something?

It appears that if Constant Contact is hooked up with a Shopify account, the Shopify purchase can initiate an automation email series within Constant Contact. How come this cannot be done with a purchase from a Constant Contact store? I would think this would be a great benefit to a Constant Contact store owner. Can this be looked into? Thank you.

Two ideas : 1. Allow event announcements to be added to my calendar to be posted on web site. 2. My calendar should help us capture contact info. If someone views my calendar have a pop-up that asks if their information can be added to the contact list. No one wants to go to another form to complete anymore. Our company has a specific font that we use for all of our communications (Rotis Sans Serif Std) and it's disappointing that we're not able to use this in constant contact. So many other things are able to be customized, but the preset fonts available will not work for us.
