The new survey system is deplorable. I've lost features that I had on the old system. I am unable to collect data properly, and the data that I can collect exports in a jumbled mess. Sorely disappointed. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Constant Contact to any of my colleagues anymore.

I dislike the fact that you have added steps to being able to post onto a social network. It was a lot easier before and now you have added almost 10 minutes of work to my already cramped day. May have to look at other options if you are going to continue to make changes that only make my job harder not easier.

Hello, Today I was quite frustrated to know that after the fact (I spent hours working on a multi-page PDF in Canva) that Constant Contact would NOT let me upload the multi-page designs for an email blast for our non-profit. Not only will I have to start over, but this wasted much of my time.

I would like a live link in the "Description" field to an external website. The purpose would be to help a subscriber look up a piece of information on another website. It would be very helpful to us since we cannot determine that information automatically after they sign up. To do so would require them to fill in their complete mailing address. This gives them the ability to provide this information without having to provide the rest of it. There may be other reasons to have such a link, too. Thanks in advance to the Constant Contact personnel who are monitoring these suggestions!
