When the customer service rep was useless and kept talking to me in a technical language that I explained I did not understand, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told there is not such options. So I lost a whole days work because this rep was a complete waste of time. If I knew all the technical jargon, then I wouldn't need to call. What is an incognito browser? If you want me to perform a keyboard task and I don't understand, the rep's answer should not be I am sorry I can't help. Please when we are dealing with hundreds or even thousands of emails the last thing we need is to struggle with re=subscribing a person that inadvertently unsubscribes themselves. Even though its their fault the customer does not see it that way! Whatever school you went to should have taught you that the "customer is ALWAYS right" and a little thing to you can cost US your customers thousands of dollars if we lose the wrong customer. Please may a simple email that we can send this type of customer and make so we can find it when we are working in the wee hours of the mornings trying to get a very important email out. We believe in no spamming BUT this is just too much to handle with all the other things we are fighting to get the word out they want.

Good morning CC! I noticed each time I'm going to log into your platform that I have to search for the login because the Sign Up is so powerfully overwhelming from the other links. Therefore... I have a cosmetic suggestion to improve a bit the user experience on the site. It's the "log in" link. I think that having it the same color as the button's background would make it more relevant to its function compared to the other links on the menu. I want to edit the entire registration, not the Status and Personal Information only. To make changes to the other sections, I must cancel the current registration and register again. This is especially problematic, if they have paid by PayPal, and it is a lot extra work for the host.

I love Canva but the integration is not smooth. Sometimes it does not load into my campaign email and I can't change the size of the image after publishing my canva document to make it larger or smaller. Also, the editing page for canva should be bigger, not just a rectangle in the middle of the screen. Thanks.
